Who is this for?

This session is perfect for those who:

• Need a quick energy boost or who have a busy schedule
• Feel overwhelmed or drained and need assistance
• Feel a need to rebalance their energy field
• Are curious about Lotus Reiki and want to try it for the first time
• Are an energy worker yourself and would like to be on the receiving end.

What Happens in This Session?

When you arrive, I’ll welcome you into the space. The room will be warm and calming, with soft meditation music playing (although we can turn it off if you prefer). You’ll then get comfortable—either lying down or sitting on the couch, depending on what feels best for you. Once you’re settled, I’ll invite you to relax as we begin the Lotus Reiki Energy Weaving session.

The session can help you with things such as:
🌿 Clear away energetic stagnation
🌿 Rebalance and refresh your energy field
🌿 Leave you feeling lighter, uplifted, and more centred

When the session comes to an end, I’ll gently guide you back to the present moment. If you’d like, we can take some time to talk about your experience afterwards.
