What Happens in This Session?
When you arrive, I’ll welcome you into the space. The room will be warm and calming, with soft meditation music playing (although we can turn it off if you prefer).
After a brief introduction and some initial energy work to ground and centre you, we’ll begin connecting to your ancestral line. Using guided energy healing, we’ll move through your ancestral lines to restore peace, harmony, and balance. Through the process, we will bring healing to the ancestors and gradually work our way forward through the lineage to the present moment.
This session is entirely spiritually guided, with messages and insights that come through to support your journey. It’s a space to release inherited burdens and energetic shackles—so you can step into your truth, blossom into your own wisdom, and live freely in the present, unburdened by the past.
The healing that unfolds during this session doesn’t just benefit you—it also has a positive ripple effect through your entire family tree, including your siblings and close relatives. It’s a powerful, transformative process that brings light and restoration not only to you, but to those connected through your bloodline.
In some cases, more than one session may be needed, depending on how far back the ancestral imbalance originates, to fully move through and heal the entire lineage.
